THE MATRIX
FURNACES / GAS / THE MATRIX - The evolution of heating technology
FEATURES
- Innovation - The Matrix incorporates the functions of a 90+ condensing
furnace, 90+ condensing water heater, 90+ condensing boiler, and
efficient heat recovery ventilator (HRV), and is air conditioning ready.
Two, state-of-the-art microcomputers monitor all activities of the
system and implement the most cost-effective solution.
- Flexible - The Matrix burner can be modulated to the exact size required
to meet the requirements of the system. A single Matrix is capable of
providing heating and domestic hot water for most house sizes. Multiple
units can be used for larger applications. The unit can be vented up to
a maximum of 105 equivalent feet.
- Save Energy - The Matrix uses only ECM motors that are the most
efficient electric motors available on the market. Typical power
consumption is one-fifth of typical multiple appliances.
- Comfort - The Matrix provides ultimate comfort. The heat and blowers are
modulated to provide constant and quiet heating. The HRV adds fresh air
into the system before the heating coil, so only fresh air is delivered
at the temperature you want.
- Quiet - The Matrix utilizes advanced technology to automatically reduce
the speed and noise of the furnace blower when not required. This
eliminates wasted energy and provides a constant and even source of
heating. No more on-off operation.
- Save Fuel - The Matrix produces the highest industry modulation rates
using a state-of-the-art combustion system. As the Matrix is 20% more
efficient, you can expect significant fuel reductions. The domestic
heating system can instantaneously deliver hot water, eliminating costly
standby losses.
- Save Energy - The Matrix provides the ultimate in efficient combustion
for all home requirements, saving more than 20% of the fuel used by
conventional appliances.
- Fresh Air - The Matrix utilizes an efficient cross-flow heat exchanger
that removes the heat from stale, moist air, and transmits it to the
fresh incoming air, reducing pollutants and humidity.
- Environmental - The Matrix reduces the use of electrical power and
significant amounts of fuel. It can reduce pollutants and green house
gasses (GHG) by as much as 2.5 tons per year.
